Nearly 670 housing units are currently in development in the Fallschase neighborhood in Northeast Tallahassee.

The homes are being built directly behind the commercial area home to Costco, Bass Pro Shops, and CMX Cinemas. The plans include 321 single-family homes, 60 townhomes, and an apartment complex with 288 units. The homes are being developed by RMDC, Inc., a real estate development company in Tallahassee.

2026 Annual HOA Dues

Statements for the 2026 annual HOA dues have been mailed as of Monday December 22nd, 2026. Please contact our office if do not receive a statement in the next 7 days. .

As a reminder, the annual association fees are $363.00 and are due on January 1st. 2026 and late on February 1st, 2026
