Fallschase homeowners have the opportunity to join and enjoy the amenities available through the Canopy Community Development District (CDD), including access to community amenities, events, and activities.
Membership is available through an annual agreement and requires a one-year commitment. The annual membership fee is $3,756.00, which must be paid in full upfront and provides access to all amenities and community events for the entire membership year.
Please note:
• There are no prorated fees for partial-year participation.
• Membership is for the full one-year term and cannot be canceled for a refund once approved and funds paid..
• Access privileges are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, assigned, or given to another individual if you choose to stop using the membership during the year.

Once the completed application and applicable fees have been submitted and processed, residents will work with Sue at Lewis Association Property Management to obtain their amenity access fob.
